Andy Murray halted by Berdych in Adelaide

Andy lost 6-7 6-4 1-6 to Tomas Berdych this morning. Berdych is very much an "Andy Murray plus 18 months", so it was not an unexpected result and Andy actually felt positive about his performance.

Murray picks up 15 ranking points for his first round victory, but he will likely remain somewhere around 64th in the world.
