New Video iPod with Touch-Screen Click-Wheel

If true, this is gonna be one seriously sexy device. Imagine the current iPod with a screen covering the entire front face. Touching the screen will cause a virtual click-wheel (and menu) to appear. Yummy!
What about smudgey fingerprints though?!
I would not be surprised, after all the current iPod is very much just a normal one with the ability to play video. Touch screen would be sweet but prone to getting manky, so maybe something could be done with the Nano wheel which would free up a lot of space.
